Principal ask me today...y go for IMM performance n play for kids...sounds so "LC"....can't we go for better performances??can't we source for more prestigous ones? of cos i would luv to!!!!!!! like d former invitation to perform at Istana??!!!perform at Botanical Gardens???!!!however...my reply to him was...we r a Bronze band...the organisers, having heard our standards, would not and did not invite us...so...what else can we do other den settle for small performances? of cos d IMM one is meaningful...but...do d pple up there understand our feelings?when we hve to be rejected from bigger n better performances and end up for these smaller scaled ones??!!!
when would d band b able to lift our hands n perform for a good source? hmm...shld start tinkin of performance at Botanical Gardens or MacRitchie Reservoir...been saying dat so long ago but nv come true..perhaps its time to work on dat.... as for concert???!!!haiz...though i promised ex-members of holding a concert...d idea still fail to materalise..not cos i dun wan to work..not cos i dun wan extra responsibilities...but cos i cannot get support n approval fr sch management...wad to do...haiz...wonderin how long more ll tis dream of own ticket sellin concert take to come true...
worse still...get scolding from HOD...y?for puttin too much emphasis on my CCA n not on the MT department!!!!duh....nw become i dun care of MT dept..haiz...how to balance sia....seriously...i feel ore for the Band den anythin else n m willing to spend time gettin things done for band....dept?err...c how bah.....
